Payment is submitted by Credit Card online ONLY. Please pre-pay. No cash or checks will be accepted.

Payment must be made in full by the end of the stated primary auction pick-up time.

Absolute Auction

15% buyer's premium, 7.5% for Sales Tax

Alternate pickup with NO extra fees.

Please note: All items are sold as is/where is. Most items listed on the auction site are previously owned. While we strive to disclose anything that needs to be disclosed, there will be times when something may not have been noted or was overlooked. We are a liquidation company that sells hundreds of items on a weekly basis, and again, items may not be thoroughly examined and sold as is.

You are welcome to visit the warehouse during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 10:00 - 6:00, to view/examine any item. (Appointments are strongly suggested.)

Please ask ANY questions BEFORE you place a bid. Your bid is a binding commitment.

Payment must be made in full by the end of the stated auction pick-up time on the first day of pickup.

YOUR DEFAULT CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED IF YOU FAIL TO PAY BEFORE THE END OF THE PICK-UP TIME. YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR RIGHT TO THE ITEMS IF YOU FAIL TO SHOW UP AT THE PICK-UP TIME.

YOU AGREE THAT AUCTION OHIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM THE USE, IMPROPER HANDLING, MODIFICATION, OR MISUSE OF THE MERCHANDISE BY YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOLLOWING POSSESSION OF THE PURCHASED ITEM(S). IN NO EVENT SHALL AUCTION OHIO BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS OR GOODWILL, LOSS-OF-USE DAMAGES, OR ADDITIONAL EXPENSES INCURRED, WHETHER UNDER A CLAIM IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE AND WHETHER IN AN ACTION FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE.

Any lots not paid for, in accordance with the Auctioneer and Auction Firm’s Terms and Conditions, will be forfeited. Auction Ohio’s Affiliate Auctioneers and/or Auction Companies may, at their sole and absolute discretion, resell the items or donate the items to a charity of Auction Ohio’s Affiliate Auctioneers and/or Auction Companies choosing. Your bidding privileges may be in jeopardy if you fail to remit payment for an invoice issued.
