ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE COMPLETED BY 8:00 PM on 10/3/2024, or you will forfeit being able to pick up your items. You will have until 10/9/2024 to pick up your items when you pay your invoice on the first day of pickup.

We are a liquidation company that sells hundreds of items on a weekly basis, and again, items may not be thoroughly examined and sold as is.
You are welcome to visit the warehouse during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 10:00 - 6:00, to view/examine any item. (Appointments are strongly suggested.)

IN NO EVENT SHALL AUCTION OHIO BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS OR GOODWILL, LOSS-OF-USE DAMAGES, OR ADDITIONAL EXPENSES INCURRED, WHETHER UNDER A CLAIM IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE AND WHETHER IN AN ACTION FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE.
Any lots not paid for, in accordance with the Auctioneer and Auction Firm’s Terms and Conditions, will be forfeited. Auction Ohio’s Affiliate Auctioneers and/or Auction Companies may, at their sole and absolute discretion, resell the items or donate the items to a charity of Auction Ohio’s Affiliate Auctioneers and/or Auction Companies choosing. Your bidding privileges may be in jeopardy if you fail to remit payment for an invoice issued.
