POSSESSION: Payment must be verified before receiving items or titles.

TITLES: will be given to purchasers at time of pickup for cash or credit card payments. For check or wire transfer payments, titles & possession will be given to purchasers when funds are verified.

There will be NO LOADING ASSISTANCE please bring assistance. Buyers are responsible for any damages they cause to the property. NO SHIPPING will be provided. Buyers must arrange for their own loading, transportation, and shipping.
