Buyer Premium (BP): 10% of each winning bid.

YOUR DEFAULT Credit/Debit CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED IF YOU FAIL TO PAY PRIOR TO 2pm on Friday, Nov. 8, 2024 UNLESS you have coordinated plans for paying by wire transfer.

PICKUP: Friday, Nov 8, 2024 at 11 am – 2 pm, or with special pickup arrangements made prior to 2 pm, Friday Nov 8, 2024 with the Auction Manager (Keith Alcorn). All pickups must be completed by noon on Friday, Nov. 15, 2024.

POSSESSION: Payment must be verified before purchasers receive items or titles. ALL ITEMS REMAIN IN PLACE UNTIL THE LIVE SIMULCAST AUCTION IS COMPLETE.

TITLES: will be given to purchasers at time of pickup for cash or credit card payments. For check or wire transfer payments, titles & possession will be given to purchasers when funds are verified.

LOADING ASSISTANCE is available. However, Buyers must arrange for their own transportation, shipping & are responsible for any damages they cause to the property (Facilities, grounds, fences, etc.). NO SHIPPING will be provided.

YOU FORFEIT YOUR RIGHT TO PURCHASED ITEMS IF YOU FAIL TO SHOW UP AT THE PRIMARY PICK-UP TIME or have not made pickup arrangements with the Auction Manager (Keith Alcorn) by 2 pm on Friday, Nov. 8, 2024.

At 11:00am November 7, 2024 the live onsite auction bid calling begins USING THE HIGH ONLINE BID AS THE STARTING BID. The auction will be SIMULCAST which means online bidding continues at the same time as the live bidding (at www.auctionohio.com). Online bids are integrated with the live bidding.

THERE ARE NO RESERVES OR MINIMUM BIDS. All items sell to the highest bidder between live, online, simulcast, & absentee bidders. Auctioneer determines bid increments.

ABSENTEE BIDDERS MUST REGISTER ONLINE AND CONFIRM THEIR ABSENTEE BIDS & PAYMENT TYPE WITH STEVE HUMMEL, AUCTIONEER, BY NOON WEDNESDAY 06 NOV 24.
