Please be attentive to the parking and neighbors, this is a cul-de-sac leave egress for emergencies.
- Be sure to bring your own packing materials and boxes. AO staff will not be able to help with moving.
Payment submitted by Credit Card online and Cash. Please pre-pay if possible. No checks will be accepted. Check-in with cashier upon arrival.
-Payment must be made in full by the end of the stated primary auction pick-up time.
- PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE PICKUP DATE AND TIME. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP THE DAY OF AUCTION PICKUP WILL BE FORFIETED.

An aggrieved person may initiate a claim against the auction recovery fund created in Section 4707.25 of the Revised Code as a result of the licensee’s actions.
