Notes to the Bidder:

Please be attentive to the parking, this is a neighborhood, so parking can be difficult, parking is ok on the other side of the road in the grass, do not park in the driveway you will be towed.

Do not park in the houses drive either, you will be instructed if picking up large items when you can pull into the driveway.

- Be sure to bring your own packing materials and boxes. AO staff will not be able to help with moving.

Payment submitted by Credit Card online and Cash. Please pre-pay if possible. No checks will be accepted. Check-in with cashier upon arrival.

-Payment must be made in full by the end of the stated primary auction pick-up time.

- PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE PICKUP DATE AND TIME. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP THE DAY OF AUCTION PICKUP WILL BE FORFIETED.
