Warehouse Terms for Pick Up

Buyer's Premium: 💰A 15% buyer's premium will be added to the final bid amount.💰

💰 Payment Terms: Full payment is due by 6 pm on the first day of the pick up. Payments must be submitted by credit card online only. Please pre-pay. No cash or checks will be accepted onsite unless otherwise noted in the lot description.💰  

Pick Up: There is no additional charge to pick up on the second day of pickup.

Check-in with the cashier upon arrival. Payment must be made in full by the end of the stated primary auction pick-up time.

Important Reminders: Please note the pickup date and time. Bring your own packing materials and boxes. Ensure you have moving help if needed.

👋 Loading Assistance: The Winning Bidder will be responsible to provide the necessary manpower and equipment to remove, load & secure your purchases.
