  This Auction is Located in Chillicothe Ohio. Selling everything in the home! Over 434 Lots!! Furniture, Antiques and Collectibles, Tools, Housewares, and so much more!! This will be a 3 hour pickup window, just don't be late. Auction is located on the east side of Chillicothe on Water Street. This is a residential area, parking will be a premium. Please bring plenty of help on you pack you remove items.

Our office is located in Chillicothe Ohio.  We are not affiliated with the Worthington Ohio office and do not transport items there.  By bidding on this auction, you agree to pickup your purchase at our location.  Most of our events are at our sellers home or place of business, this address will change.  We do not ship, haul, transport or deliver any items.  99% of people that attend our pickups are honest but, items get moved and misplaced.  Once an items is given to you by the runner/auction staff, it belongs to you.  It becomes your responsibility at that time to manage your items.  Take it to your vehicle.  Items lost, broken or misplaced at the pickup while in your possession are your responsibility.  

This is a ONE DAY PICKUP, NO EXCEPTION.  DO NOT ASK.  If you can not be there on this day DO NOT BID!!!  Buyers premium is 15%, by bidding on this auction you agree that your card on file will be charged if you fail to pay your invoice prior to the end of the pickup time.  It is the bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, value, or any other factor.  Auction Ohio and its affiliates makes no representation of an items value.  Bidder shall be the soul judge of value.

Please bring your patience, sometimes we are just busy.  Please be on time, nothing is worst than you being an hour late for the pickup.  Please bring plenty of help.  No help will be provided in removing furniture of packing items, we are extremely busy and just do not have the time.
