D)  The successful bidder will be contacted the morning after the auction closes for arrangements to obtain confirming signature and the earnest money deposit in the amount of 10.0% of the bid price, payable by personal or company check (Paid to: AO Real Estate Trust Account.) and proceed to close within (30) days of the auction.

E) Seller will furnish and pay for owner's title insurance, preparation of deeds, conveyance fees and the proration of real estate taxes.   

F)  A 10.0% Buyer’s Premium is charged to the Buyer & collected at closing.
