4/13/2020 - We received the new “Notification Of Disposition of Collateral” for the equipment located in Waverly, Ohio. We are required to delete all current bids and open bidding back up on April 27, 2020 and close bidding starting at 8 PM on May 7, 2020. We apologize for any inconvenience, however this is out of our control. The equipment will be available for inspection (BY APPOINTMENT) on Saturday, May 2, 2020 between 12 Noon and 2 PM. This Auction is located just north of Waverly Ohio, right off of US RT. 23. Auction is an Agreed Creditor Auction. Kubota Zero Turn, Kubota L2900 Tractor, CAT D3 Dozer, John Deere 410 Backhoe, Trailers, Dump Truck.

- Auction is located in Waverly Ohio. This is an Agreed Creditor Auction meaning all liens will be released by the bank and everything sells to the Highest Bidder !!! Titles will be delivered to the buyer(s) within 30 days. We are providing you with all the information that we have on these items. Although we believe our information to be accurate, no warranties are expressed or implied by us, Auction Ohio, the lien holders, or the owners. No Preview is being advertised on these items at this time. I know it will be difficult to bid on some of these item without a preview, so I will be available for a private appointment if you request one for a preview. If your purchase is $ 500.00 or more we would prefer that you pay for your items by Cash or Credit Card and your item can be removed on the pick up date. We will accept a Bank Check or Business check with a letter from your Bank verifying funds. There is loading room available for Trucks and Trailers. You will be responsible for starting, moving, and loading your items, no help will be provided for you. Some vehicles do not run, they will need to be towed or winched onto a trailer. No help will be provided for you. The box van and 2 trailers are being sold with the contents included, you are required to take everything included in the lot and remove it from the premises; sorry no exceptions.
