COVID-19 Pickup Procedures:

1. Payment submitted online ONLY.

2. No cash, check, or credit card payments are taken on site.

3. Please check in at Registration first and maintain at least 6’ from AO affiliates and customers at all times.

4. Auction staff will direct you to your lot(s).

5. Please be patient if the auction staff limits the number of customers into the building at any given time.

6. No loading assistance by AO affiliates, please bring help.

7. Please wear masks and gloves if at all possible for your protection

Local retail business has closed and we have been asked to assist with the liquidation of inventory and assets.

• Most items are BRAND NEW and the condition is stated in the description.
• We have done our best to make sure that all items are in working condition and complete. However, we do recommend that you review the items purchased before leaving the pick-up.
• Should an item be misrepresented or not pictured, we will offer a full refund at the time of pick-up. However, this decision is at the Auction Manager's discretion.
