This Auction Is Located In Chillicothe Ohio.  House has sold and is full of beautiful furniture and home decor. Vintage and retro items, cast iron, Christmas and holiday items, furniture and home decor, yard decor and shed clean out, check it out!!  Everything is located in upstairs apartment, stairs are narrow, home is small. Please bring plenty of help when removing furniture and you remove items. House is located on busy two way street with one side street parking, the pickup might be slow. Please remove furniture in the last hour of the pickup. This is a one day pick up only. We will have plenty of staff here to help you but still Expect to wait in line, bring your patience. No help can be provided. No Shipping/ Handling/ Removing/ Delivering On any items, we are extremely busy and just do not have the time.
