Auction is located in Ray, Ohio, only 4 miles off U.S. Route 35 between Richmondale and Jackson Ohio. Very small house with a lot of contents. We are asking for the furniture to be picked up in the last hour of the pickup time. We must get all the small items out of the house to remove the furniture.  Property has limited space in the driveway. You might be asked to park on the road for a limited time. Please follow the loading and pickup signs. Process might be slow! Please bring your patience.  No Shipping is available for this auction. Large selection of very nice items, and very well taken care of. PLEASE – Follow these very simple instructions. We went to all lengths possible to describe these items to the best of our ability. Please see pictures. Pictures in this auction are also to be used as part of the description. Measurements are approximate, and are based on, Height x Width x Depth, a wooden ruler was used in the pictures for measurement purposes. The ruler is not part of any lot for sale. There will be NO alternate pickups available for this auction. If an alternate pickup is required by you and we have to make an unscheduled trip to the home, an alternate pickup FEE of $20.00 WILL APPLY. There will be NO loading assistance.
