• The morning after the auction ends, the successful bidder will be contacted and arrangements made for obtaining confirming signatures & receiving the $3,000.00 earnest money deposit, payable by cash, personal or company check (Payable to: AO Real Estate Trust Account) and proceed to close within (30) days the auction or within (15) days of Probate Court approval.
