PREVIEW: Preview is available at 4695 Center Street in Zanesville, OH by appointment. Please call Johnny at 740-891-1471 with any questions or to schedule a preview appointment. It is your responsibility as the buyer/bidder to inspect all items to your satisfaction. By placing a bid, bidder signifies and agrees that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them and accept them “AS IS”.

PAYMENT: Cash or Online payment via Credit or Debit Card is due by the end of the primary pick-up. No additional credit or debit card fees are charged.

SALES TAX: Sale originates in Muskingum County, Ohio and therefore a sales tax of 7.25% will be charged unless a bonafide Sales Tax Exemption form is filed with the Auctioneer.

PICK-UP: Pick-up is the sole responsibility of the buyer at the published date / time. It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange means to package and load all items. Shipping may be available if pre-arrangements are made and agreed to by the Auctioneer. Shipping and Handling to be quoted upon by calling or texting the Auctioneer. Any exceptions to this policy must be agreed upon in writing (email / text) by the Auctioneer in advance; and are at the Sole Discretion of the Auctioneer. Please come prepared with a proper vehicle, labor, moving supplies, boxes, packing material, and tools.

IF YOU BID ON AN ITEM AND DO NOT PAY BY THE END OF THE PRIMARY PICK-UP, YOUR BIDDING PRIVILEGES WILL BE SUSPENDED AND YOU WILL PAY 45% OF THE INVOICE TO BE REINSTATED, WITHOUT THE OPPORTUNITY TO GET YOUR ITEMS.

IF YOU WIN AN ITEM AND DO NOT PICK IT UP AT THE SCHEDULED PICK-UP DATE / TIME (OR MAKE OTHER MUTALLY AGREED ARRANGEMENTS IN WRITING WITH THE AUCTIONEER), YOUR ITEM(S) WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND BECOME THE PROPERTY OF THE AUCTIONEER.

By bidding on an item, you agree to the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" WITH NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. This is a consignment auction.

• All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. No exceptions.

• Auctioneer has made a bonafide, good-faith attempt to accurately describe each item, but in no way guarantees or warranties descriptions or items.

• Auctioneer has made a bonafide, good-faith attempt to provide high quality photographs; however, bidder inspection of items prior to auction is encouraged.

• You acknowledge that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. In the event of any malfunction relating to the Website, We, in Our sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and/or re-sell any item/lot affected by any malfunction. The decision of Auction Ohio shall be final.

• Any condition statement is given as a courtesy and is only an opinion and should not be treated as statement or fact. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or is free from wear and tear, imperfections, or effects of aging.

• Anyone suspected of price fixing or collusion will be permanently banned at the sole discretion of the Auctioneer.

• Auctioneer and his staff reserve the right to bid at their discretion

All Property Is Offered As Is

The Auctioneer / Auction Company is licensed by the Ohio Department of Agriculture and is bonded in favor of the State of Ohio. An aggrieved person may initiate a claim against the auction recovery fund created in Section 4707.25 of the Revised Code because of the licensee’s actions.
