Helping 35 children's organizations & sponsoring 3 college scholarships!

100% of the proceeds will be distributed throughout our community to various children's programs.  ROCK FOR TOTS also purchases food, toys & clothing as well as supports educational programs, mentoring programs, college scholarships, a college endowment program & much more.

THANK YOU to everyone who participates:  volunteers, donors, bands, sponsors, advertisers & our friends in the media who promote our events.

Note from Paul Pollard:  Due to COVID-19 we cannot do our traditional concert & charity auction.  We supported children’s charities all these years and will NOT let them down now as they need our help more than ever!!

Like to donate items for RFT auctions?  THE INVENTORY FOR THIS AUCTION IS COMPLETE.  BIG thanks to our loyal donors!!  However, you may still make cash contributions.  OR, if you'd like to be a part of the next auction (January or February 2021), Contact us & then bring your contributions to the Majestic Theatre (REAR DOOR) -- or we'll be happy to pick them up.

Unfortunately, restrictions don't allow us to make this a public event.  However, businesses, individuals & organizations are welcome to stop by & join us on the Telethon to say "hi" & present their donations.

The mission of Rock for Tots is to positively impact our community by providing assistance, empowerment & opportunity to area children’s organizations as well providing confidence building through the initiation & support of music, mentoring & educational programs.

Rock for Tots, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Chillicothe, Ohio. Your donations are likely tax deductible (check with your tax consultant).  100% of proceeds goes directly to 30+ organizations to help the communities of southern Ohio.

THIS AUCTION IS IN DOWNTOWN CHILLICOTHE, OHIO.  NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE.  PICKUP ONLY  (3 - 6PM on Monday 21 December 2020).  REAR DOOR OF THE MAJESTIC THEATRE.

USE/ALLOCATION OF BUYER PREMIUM (BP):  Once the credit card fees & related costs are paid plus limited advertising & incidentals are reimbursed, the balance of the BP goes to Rock for Tots. 

1.  Payment MUST be submitted ONLINE BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD -- PRIOR TO PICKUP.  VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

2.  NO cash, check or credit card payments will be taken onsite at pickup.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

3.  Please check in at Registration first & maintain at least 6’ from AO affiliates & other customers at all times.

4.  Auction staff will direct you to your lot(s).

5.  Please be patient.  Auction staff limits the number of customers in the building at any given time.

6.  NO LOADING ASSISTANCE provided by AO affiliates.   Please bring:  any help you may need, dolly, straps, packing materials, boxes, etc.

7. MASKS ARE REQUIRED.  Please wear gloves as appropriate -- it's for your & other customers' protection -- & ours!

THERE IS NO SCHEDULED ALTERNATE PICKUP DATE/TIME.  IF you cannot get your item(s) during the published primary pickup time, please make arrangements to have someone pick it up for you DURING THE PUBLISHED TIME.
