Lakeside Cabins and Sheds, 10'x20' copper colored aluminum roof and less than a year old. It has upgraded plywood floor and a upgraded 5'W x 7'H double door (one door has been trimmed a little).  The front of the shed has 2 double hung windows that are each 23"W x 36"H.  Inside the shed there is a 74"L x 21"W workbench and a 10'L x 30.5"W loft. The front of the shed has a 1" round whole for an electrical fixture. The top of the peak is 10'H. This must be removed by a professional moving company.  The shed is located in the backyard and there is about 2" of room on each side between the shed and fence/house when removing it.  We have contacted a professional shed moving company and they are currently scheduling for a week out at this time.  The cost was quoted at $250 to load and unload on location and $3/mile to transport.  The shed MUST BE removed by April 18, 2017, No Exceptions.  Any damage removing it will be the bidders responsibility.  All contents inside of the shed are not included in the auction.  This is a CASH ONLY AUCTION.
