• Bidding: READ the description & LOOK at ALL of the photos, BEFORE placing a bid. Check the measurements listed under the item description in ITEM DETAILS. Measurements are based on the largest item in the lot & will be measured by the total Width or Height of the item being measured. Under Item Details, is also where you find the prices listed for Alternate Pick-Up. I will provide a bulk discount in some circumstances.

• We are not responsible for items that you simply no longer want. We do our best to describe, measure, & photograph items. Measurements are rounded to the nearest quarter of an inch. If you have not read the description, looked at all of the photos, read the measurements… we will NOT refund you for that lot. You are committing to that purchase, once a bid is placed (Please see Auction Ohio for your contractual obligations before bidding!). Flaws, characteristics, damage, condition will be shown in photos & not always described in the description. These are mostly used items (unless otherwise noted) & condition is an individual perception. Please pay attention! Occasionally as humans, we make mistakes. If we have indeed missed something that was not in the description or photos, we will remedy the situation to the best of our ability.

- NO early pick-up’s! Please arrive during the scheduled time of pick-up ONLY.

- Please check in with Auction Ohio affiliate & have our BIDDER NUMBER ready. I do not need to know which lots you bought, just the BIDDER NUMBER.

- Please PAY your INVOICE through your DASHBOARD, BEFORE ARRIVING to the pick-up. This makes the line go faster for you & everyone else. I will NOT accept cash or check payments. Credit cards must be processed through your dashboard. No exceptions!

- Your items will be brought out of the property & placed on tables in the garage or driveway. You may NOT enter the property, unless otherwise directed by the Auction Ohio affiliate. Please do NOT wander around the property!

- Please be respectful (in general) of the neighborhood. Parking will be tight & the residents that live there need to be able to maneuver in/out of their driveways & streets.

- If you purchased items that require packing, please bring appropriate packing materials, such as boxes, paper &/or bubble wrap. This will not be provided. Please make sure to have your items packed & loaded BEFORE the end of the pick-up!

- If you purchased heavy items, bring your own loading help! There will NOT be movers or anyone available to help you move your items or load your car. Please make sure to have your items loaded BEFORE the end of pick-up! Also, if you’ve purchased something large, please bring an appropriately sized vehicle to haul your item! Again, READ the description & measurements!

- Absolutely NO smoking near the premises!

*** If you wish to have your items Transferred back to Columbus, please select TRANSFER when you check out through your dashboard & plan to arrive during the scheduled alternate pick-up time. Occasionally, there will be an Alternate Pick-Up at the original site, which will be listed under Alternate Pick-Up with the information provided in the Auction Details.

- *** If you want your items shipped, please select SHIP (when available) when you check out through your dashboard. Your shipping charges will be added as soon as I can get your items packed & over to the post office. You must pay the shipping charges before your items will be shipped.

- *** If you wish to have your items taken to the Auction Ohio Warehouse, there will be an additional $5 Fee added to your Transfer Fees, as I do not work out of the Auction Ohio Warehouse.

- *** If you do not show for the Pick-Up, select Alternate Pick-Up, select Transfer Items, or select Shipping during your check-out process through your dashboard BEFORE the end of the scheduled auction pick-up time, your items will be left with the original owner & you will forfeit your items. If you have not paid for your items, you will lose your bidding privileges. Once the scheduled auction pick-up ends, I can not take items from the location, unless you select one of the options listed above & paid in full. I am also not available to return to the property after the pick-up to retrieve the items.

- *** If you call me during a pick-up, I’m likely unavailable to answer my phone or may not hear it. Plan ahead.
